Couldn't imagine having any other lender by my side through my first home buying experience. From beginning to end, and even after having closed, Luke was there to guide me through and answer all my questions. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10.

Patience, communication and transparency are my key tenets and I found it in spades with Luke at JHL. He worked with my wife and I over almost 6 months to find the right time and deal for our refinance. Luke ran several estimate calcs, gave advice, presented his opinion without pressure and stayed positive even when I insisted upon waiting for the market to change. Ended up timing it right and finding a rate more than 1% better than our existing loan, and Luke was on top of things ready to pull the trigger as soon as we gave the go-ahead. Would recommend!

Words cannot express how wonderful Jim and Ted are! (And Ted's wife! Yeah, I know you were in the background helping Ted!) They were honest, hardworking and responsive. This team made the home buying experience simple, convenient and dare I say a bit fun. I did not have to worry about a thing as there wasn't a question they could not answer or task they could not get done. We had a last-minute hiccup on the very day of closing (not due to JHL) and if we could not get it fixed it would have delayed closing on the house. Jim having only a couple of hours to make things work was immediately on the phone working to resolve the issues. With his "Cool hand Luke" like demeanor got the job done with time to spare. Even my realtor in the end said she was impressed with these guys. I cannot say enough about JHL Mortgage and its people. Nor can my words ever express my gratitude for them. Thank you!!!
